This interactive Social Innovation Workshop will highlight how understanding social norms, behaviours, and user perspectives is essential to making innovation work in real life.

Through practical insights from five EU projects, CHRONICLE, PROBONO, REEFLEX, eFORT, and FORTESIE, participants will explore tools and approaches that put people at the centre of change.
